Flowering Dogwood, (Cornus florida)

In between the rains the weather has been glorious.  Native dogwood blooming all up and down the road.  This photo was taken about 100′ from the front entrance.  Guest’s over the weekend, Kevin and Elizabeth, stretched the smile on my face.  We were talking about a few of the things I carry in my “gift shop” (total space a 3′ X 4′ table,) one of which are the “Gracehill” coffee cups.  They spent their wedding night here and were back for their anniversary.  Said they only use their “Gracehill mugs” while they are drinking their coffee together!

I should get ready for check-ins.  Jim and Beth from FL are bringing friends from NC with them for a couple of nights.  They stayed here last year a couple of times and fell in love with the area.  They just bought a house in Louisville, same county, and closed on their retirement home this morning.  mizkathleen @Gracehill
