This has been the best Bed and Breakfast experience that we have had. Your home is beautiful! You and Marilyn have been wonderful hostesses. We plan on returning and bringing friends with us. We haven’t relaxed this much in a long time.

Thanks for a captivating and wonderful experience. Our friends and we loved the views, the breakfast, the hot tub, and the rooms. The clouds covering the lower parts of the valley while the mountains were exposed in morning sun were just like the brochure pictures. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable time in the Smoky Mountains unless there had been one more night’s stay. With fond memories...

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at Gracehill. Even though we live a short 3 hours away and visit the area often, you directed us to some of the most beautiful areas for scenery we have found. Food was excellent and the views from Gracehill astounding. But the best was the hospitality.

We just had a wonderful two-night stay at Gracehill B and B in Townsend, Tennessee. The informative website, while great and enticing, does not come close to capturing the essence, comfort, amenities and the innkeeper, Kathy Janke. We travel a lot and high on our list for accommodations is comfort and cleanliness. Gracehill surpasses anything we have ever experienced. We decided to spend our second day just enjoying--the hot tub, fitness center, scenery, etc., after our gourmet breakfast served on beautiful china with fresh flowers on the table and the beautiful mountains in front of us. This is a 5-Star plus B&B.

We have stayed at many B&Bs in America and internationally and Gracehill has no comparison.
The spacious rooms individually appointed with original artwork and fine antiques as well as modern amenities like whirlpool tub, luxurious bedding and gas fireplaces add to the private relaxing setting. The attention to detail and personal attention are unsurpassed.
The 360-degree views are breathtaking and leave you wanting to plan your next visit before you depart. Kathy Janke deserves a Five star + rating in all areas including the breakfast that is to die for!!! Again, thank you for such a special get-away.
