Don’t you just hate the expression, “Spring Splendor”? Okay, so maybe “Spring Splendiferous” would be a better choice because that IS what it IS. The weather is unbelievable, and everything is blooming. In this Newsletter issue, we discuss TroutFest and a listing of other spring festivals, the Casablanca “MakeOver”, and give you the low down on Pancakes!
A rousing success, as always, the festival is one of the largest of it’s kind in the country and the biggest in the Southeast. It’s hosted by the Little River Chapter of Trout Unlimited to benefit trout stream preservation and restoration. Last year they netted $45,000 that was donated to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Fisheries Department.
