Cookies- Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
- 1 C Sugar
- ¾ C Butter
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp Molasses
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Cloves
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 C Flour
Instructions
- Cream room temperature butter and sugar together.
- Add everything else but the flour and beat briefly, then mix in flour.
- Roll into one-inch balls, roll in sugar and bake for roughly 10 minutes in a 375 F oven.
