1/3 cup all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
4 T unsalted butter cut into pieces
4 large grapefruit
Turn on the broiler.
Mix with pastry blender flour, sugar, and butter.
Loosen grapefruit in shell.
Sprinkle grapefruit with crumbles from above and broil for a couple of minutes. Watch closely.
Makes 8 servings. Leftover streusel mix will last a for a good while in the refrigerator.
