Soup- Chilled Cantaloupe

Gracehill Bed and Breakfast, Townsend, TN

6 cups chopped cantaloupe or honeydew, peeled and seeded
1 ½ cups orange juice
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about one lemon)
¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice (about one lime)
1 ½ T of honey
¼ t of ground cinnamon

All above ingredients will just about fit into one blender, if not, puree it in two batches.  If in two batches recombine in a bowl.  Chill, garnish with fruit and a mint leaf, serve in chilled bowls.
