Ginger Snap Cookies

Ginger Snap Cookies

1 C Sugar
¾ C Butter
1 egg
4 Tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Cloves
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 C Flour

Cream room temperature butter and sugar together.  Add everything else but the flour and beat briefly, then mix in flour.  Roll into one-inch balls, roll in sugar and bake for 7-10 minutes in a 375 oven.   865-448-3070
