The Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center has a Blue Ribbon Fair that starts on Friday with the bulk of it being on Saturday. There are interactive events for children (like the greased pig contest!) and judging in a variety of contests including honey, livestock, vegetables and canned goods, baking, flower arranging etc. Plan on spending a couple of hours.
