Apricot Fruit Dip (and our award winning, blue ribbon, Apricot Bread!)
8 oz package of cream cheese
6 oz of cool whip
12 oz jar of apricot preserves
Softened cream cheese in the microwave. Beat with a spatula until smooth. Add cool whip, beat until smooth. Add preserves to taste, mix, and refrigerate until use.
